Delivery
Orders received before 11 a.m. will be shipped the same day except Saturday or Sunday. All orders from Spain are shipped by TIPSA and SEUR service. Tracking numbers are sent by email and address changes can be made on the couriers' website.
- Delivery is only possible within Europe.
- Delivery time within Spain: 2-3 working days.
- Same day delivery in Barcelona and Madrid
- All orders to any EU country are shipped from our offices in Spain within 2-4 working days.

Returns
You may return new, unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; however, we ask that you pay for the shipping of these returns. If the return is the result of our error, for example, the shipment of an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item, as well as shipping costs.
Changes
If your order is incorrect, faulty or damaged on arrival; we will exchange your item at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
You will receive a refund for your return within four weeks of your parcel being dispatched. If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us at hello@menorcaseeds.com and let us know. We will do our best to resolve the problem immediately and expedite the refund.
Order
Any person over the age of 18 who is not under guardianship may place an order with us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the above conditions.
